Autumn is upon us, what a perfect season for our Redsmith Apple Martinez.
- 50 ml Nottingham Dry Apple Gin
- 25 ml Sweet red vermouth
- 2 dashes Maraschino
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Stir with ice, strain and savour.
As the seasons turn, how lucky we are at Redsmith Distillery to be near the home of the Bramley apple, Southwell, Nottinghamshire. This wonderful local fruit is used to make our Nottingham Dry Apple Gin which forms the basis of this month's cocktail.
This superb cocktail is intriguingly complex with an initial burst of dry juniper giving way to sweeter herbal notes along with juicy fruit.
